Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
Add garlic, thyme, and paprika; cook until fragrant. Pour in broth, mustard, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Return chicken and simmer until sauce thickens.
Turn off heat, stir in sour cream and dill, season with salt and pepper.
