Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in butter, then remove.
Sauté vegetables in remaining butter until tender and browned.
Add garlic and thyme; cook briefly.
Stir in flour, then add broth and half & half. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to pot, heat through, then serve topped with parsley.
Notes
