Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half of Italian seasoning. Cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
Sauté onion until softened, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Toast orzo for 1-2 minutes.
Add broth, simmer until orzo is al dente, then stir in cream, Parmesan, and remaining Italian seasoning.
Return chicken to skillet, heat through, then serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
