Ingredients

Protein

  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

Dairy

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Broth

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Oils & Condiments

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil and sauté chicken until golden (5-7 mins).
  • Add garlic, cook 1 min; pour in broth and simmer briefly.
  • Reduce heat, stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth; combine with pasta.
