Instructions
Preheat a skillet, cook chicken with seasonings until golden, then set aside.
Sauté onion, add mushrooms and garlic, cook until mushrooms sweat.
Whisk together chicken broth and flour, then add to the skillet with half and half and thyme.
Return chicken to the pan, simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens, then serve garnished with herbs.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for the best flavor and adjust the cream and broth to your preferred sauce consistency.
