A delicious and creamy chicken dish with Dijon mustard and herbs, perfect for a quick dinner.

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook chicken in olive oil until golden, then remove and set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add Dijon, broth, cream, and thyme. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer until cooked through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
