Instructions
Fillet chicken breasts into thinner cutlets and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat with flour.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Sauté smashed garlic cloves in remaining butter until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and heat through. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
