Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Melt remaining butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until hot and bubbling. Reduce heat to low.
Return chicken and add broccoli; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve warm over rice or pasta, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For firmer broccoli, add it later in the cooking process.
