A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1.3 lbs. total)

all-purpose flour

butter, divided

garlic bulb

Instructions
Fillet chicken breasts into thinner cutlets, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then coat with flour.
Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Sauté smashed garlic cloves in the same skillet with remaining butter until fragrant, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and heat through. Serve with optional parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese.
