A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

garlic bulb
(about 8-9 garlic cloves)

chicken broth

heavy cream

Instructions
Fillet chicken breasts into thinner cutlets and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat with flour.
Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet, cook chicken 4 mins per side until golden. Remove and keep warm.
Sauté smashed garlic cloves in remaining butter until fragrant, about 3 mins.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Simmer until thickened, 8-10 mins.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, heat briefly, then serve. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
