A delicious and creamy garlic chicken dish that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook chicken in oil and butter until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
