Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth, scraping browned bits. Stir in cream, onion powder, and Italian seasoning; simmer 3-4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, then add spinach; cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 3-4 minutes to absorb flavors.
