Baby Button Mushrooms
(sliced fairly thin)

Heavy/Double Cream

Instructions
Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create 4 even pieces.
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; dredge chicken in mixture.
Cook chicken in oil and butter until golden and cooked through; set aside.
Sauté mushrooms in butter, add garlic, then pour in stock and cream. Add herbs and simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan, add lemon juice, season, then reintroduce chicken to coat with sauce. Serve hot.
Notes
Ensure mushrooms are sliced thin for even cooking and sauce absorption.
