A delicious and creamy chicken dish infused with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil

butter

garlic cloves
garlic, minced

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

Instructions
Slice chicken in half horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, cook for 2–3 minutes to coat with sauce, then garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
