A delicious and creamy chicken dish infused with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • for garnish Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken in half horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet, cook for 2–3 minutes to coat with sauce, then garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
