Instructions
Boil penne pasta; add broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet, add kielbasa, and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is soft (2-3 minutes).
Whisk cornstarch into milk, pour into skillet, and simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes).
Reduce heat, mix in cheese until melted and smooth.
Add pasta and broccoli, toss to coat, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
