Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in oil or butter until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.
Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
