Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 6-8 mins per side. Keep warm.
Sauté shallot until softened, 1 min; add garlic and cook 30 sec.
Sprinkle flour, cook 1 min; whisk in broth, simmer 2 mins until thickened.
Stir in cream, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest; return chicken and heat through 2 mins.
