Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
  • Add chicken broth and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until sauce thickens, then return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
