A flavorful and creamy chicken dish with zesty lemon and parmesan, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Oils & Fats

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Garlic & Herbs

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Dairy & Broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Citrus & Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & Pepper

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat oil and sear chicken 5-6 mins per side; remove from pan.
  • Add butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  • Pour in broth, add cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and parmesan; simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, cook 5 mins, spoon sauce over.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
