Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, red peppers, paprika, and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
Add chicken stock, scraping browned bits, and simmer briefly.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
Return chicken to skillet, warm in sauce, then stir in basil. Garnish and serve.

Use fresh basil for the best flavor and garnish generously.
