Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and black pepper, then dredge in flour.
Heat oil and butter, sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet 1 minute, then add chicken broth and simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan; simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook 3-4 minutes. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
