A delicious and creamy chicken dish infused with ranch seasoning, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large Boneless Chicken breast

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herb
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Oils and Fats

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon Butter

Garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic

Flour and Stock

  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Stock

Dairy and Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1.5 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken into cutlets and season with spices.
  • Heat oil and butter, sear chicken 3-4 mins per side.
  • Remove chicken, sauté garlic, then stir in flour.
  • Add stock gradually, whisk to make sauce, then stir in sour cream and ranch.
  • Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or serve over rice or pasta.
