Rice & Broth

white or brown rice

Instructions
Cook rice in broth with salt until tender, then fluff and set aside.
Season chicken with spices. Sear in oil and butter until golden, then remove.
In the same pan, melt butter, sauté onions and garlic, then add broth, cream, cheese, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
Serve chicken and sauce over rice, garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth and freshly grated Parmesan.
