A delicious and creamy chicken dish with spinach, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets (thinly sliced)
  • salt (to taste) salt
  • black pepper (to taste) black pepper

Cooking Staples

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Vegetables

  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with 2 tbsp flour.
  • Heat oil in skillet, sear chicken until browned, then remove.
  • Lower heat, add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  • Add flour, half and half, and chicken broth; stir and simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in spinach, then return chicken to coat with sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

Ensure chicken reaches 165℉ for safety.
