A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

sun-dried tomatoes (drained and sliced)

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and sear chicken until cooked; set aside.
Sauté garlic, add sun-dried tomatoes, then pour in cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until thickened.
Add spinach, cook until wilted, then slice chicken and return to pan.
Cook pasta separately, drain, and toss with sauce. Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional Parmesan or fresh parsley.
