Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water, drain, and save some pasta water.
Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning; simmer gently.
Stir in spinach until wilted, then add pasta and toss to coat.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
