Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in oil until browned, then remove and chop.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning for 1-2 minutes.
Add cream, milk, Parmesan, and pasta. Cook 10 minutes until al dente and sauce thickens.
Return chicken and spinach; cook 1-2 minutes until heated and wilted.
Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
