Instructions
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook pasta until al dente; save 1 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil; sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side; set aside.
In same pan, add butter and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add sun-dried tomatoes, cook 1 minute.
Pour in broth, simmer 2-3 minutes; add cream and Italian seasoning, simmer 3-4 minutes. Stir in parmesan, add spinach until wilted.
Toss pasta with sauce, slice chicken, and combine. Adjust with pasta water if needed; serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
