A rich and flavorful chicken dish with creamy sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1.5 lbs)

fresh garlic

heavy cream

fresh baby spinach

sun-dried tomatoes
(chopped)

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

dried basil

dried oregano

extra virgin olive oil
to taste

Instructions
Dice chicken and mince garlic.
Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden (5–7 min), then remove.
Sauté garlic until fragrant, add spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in cream, add sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper; simmer 3–5 min.
Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, cook 1 min, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs.
