1lbchicken tenders (or chicken breasts sliced into tenders)
1cupcrushed cornflakes
2eggswhisked eggs
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1/2tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspblack pepper
1/4cuphoney
2tbspFrank’s RedHot sauce
2tbspcold butter
Instructions
Crush cornflakes into fine crumbs.
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with crushed cornflakes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make sauce: melt butter, add honey and hot sauce, stir until smooth.
Toss cooked tenders in sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in cornflakes.
