Enjoy these crispy, flavorful chicken tenders coated in crushed cornflakes and tossed in a sweet and spicy honey buffalo sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breasts sliced into tenders)
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 eggs whisked eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 2 tbsp cold butter

Instructions 

  • Crush cornflakes into fine crumbs.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with crushed cornflakes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Make sauce: melt butter, add honey and hot sauce, stir until smooth.
  • Toss cooked tenders in sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in cornflakes.
