Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or oil.
Toss chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp flour, and parmesan. Add beaten egg and hot sauce, coat well.
Add 1/2 cup flour, paprika, and turmeric; toss to coat all pieces.
Arrange chicken on baking sheet, drizzle with oil or butter. Bake 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Make sauce by warming honey, hot sauce, cayenne, chili powder, garlic, and onion powders. Drizzle over chicken or serve on side.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
