  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix panko, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Brush chicken strips with olive oil and coat with the panko mixture.
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes
