burger buns, buttered and toasted

Instructions
Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness.
Marinate chicken in buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder for 2–4 hours.
Mix flour with salt, pepper, baking powder, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
Heat oil to 350°F. Dredge chicken again in flour and fry until golden, 3–4 minutes per side.
Rest chicken, toast buns, then assemble sandwiches with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, fried chicken, and pickles.
Notes
Ensure oil is at the right temperature for crispy chicken.
