Instructions
Poke small holes in the wings, then marinate with salt, pepper, chili, and milk for 1 hour.
Remove half the milk, add eggs, flour, and cornstarch; mix until wings are evenly coated.
Mix equal parts flour and cornstarch to make the crispy coating.
Coat each wing thoroughly in the flour-cornstarch mixture, shaking off excess.
Fry wings until golden, then re-fry for extra crispiness. Serve hot.
