  • 8 pieces chicken wings
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Oil for frying oil (for deep frying)

Instructions 

  • Poke small holes in the wings, then marinate with salt, pepper, chili, and milk for 1 hour.
  • Remove half the milk, add eggs, flour, and cornstarch; mix until wings are evenly coated.
  • Mix equal parts flour and cornstarch to make the crispy coating.
  • Coat each wing thoroughly in the flour-cornstarch mixture, shaking off excess.
  • Fry wings until golden, then re-fry for extra crispiness. Serve hot.

Notes

Ensure oil is hot enough before frying for best crispiness.
