Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Mix softened butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt until well combined.
Spread the garlic herb butter over each baguette slice and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and crisp. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch, watching carefully.
