Instructions
Preheat oven and roast vegetables with 1 tbsp olive oil and smoked paprika until tender.
While vegetables roast, slice halloumi and pan-fry until crispy.

Assemble wraps with roasted vegetables, crispy halloumi, and yogurt sauce, then roll up.
Notes
