Enjoy tender Greek-inspired chicken cooked in a slow cooker, served in pita bread with fresh toppings and creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour marinade over top.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Shred or slice chicken and serve in pita bread with toppings and tzatziki.
Notes
For best flavor, let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
