Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned, then add diced onion and red pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and chili seasoning, cook for 30 seconds, then transfer mixture to a slow cooker.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chicken broth, and corn. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Stir well before serving and top with your favorite chili toppings.
