Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
Whisk honey, dijon mustard, garlic, and melted butter; pour over chicken.
Cook on LOW for about 3 hours until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Shred chicken and stir in heavy cream 30 minutes before serving.
Mix cold water and cornstarch, stir into sauce, and cook until thickened.
Serve once sauce reaches desired consistency.
