  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened (dairy-free optional)

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, vinegar, and softened butter together.
