These wholesome dairy-free pumpkin apple oat bars are perfect for a nutritious snack or breakfast on the go, combining fall flavors with hearty oats.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and almond butter until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, pumpkin spice, and sea salt.
Fold diced apple into the wet mixture, then combine with dry ingredients.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
