Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional toppings: shaved chocolate, caramel drizzle, sea salt flakes

Instructions 

  • Gently melt the dark chocolate until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.
  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold cooled melted chocolate into whipped cream gently.
  • Swirl in salted caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Spoon into cups and top with additional caramel, shaved chocolate, or sea salt flakes.
