A quick and flavorful chicken stir-fry packed with colorful vegetables and savory sauces, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

vegetable oil
Vegetables

red bell pepper
red bell pepper (sliced)

yellow bell pepper
yellow bell pepper (sliced)

broccoli florets

carrot
julienned carrot

snap peas
Aromatics

garlic (minced)

fresh ginger (grated)
Garnish & Sauces

green onions

soy sauce

oyster sauce

sesame oil

cornstarch (mixed with water)

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry chicken 4-5 mins until cooked. Remove.
Sauté garlic and ginger in remaining oil for 30 seconds.
Add carrots, broccoli, stir-fry 2 mins. Add bell peppers, snap peas, cook 2 mins.
Return chicken, add soy, oyster sauces, sesame oil. Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for best flavor. Serve over rice or noodles.
