This Cowboy Butter Chicken is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that will impress your family and friends.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 fillets chicken (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine melted butter, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the Cowboy Butter over it.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Spoon additional sauce over chicken and serve with sides.
