Instructions
Mix salt, pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and soy sauce to create marinade.
Marinate steak for 30-60 minutes, then cook in a hot skillet for 5 minutes until desired doneness.
Warm tortillas briefly, then assemble with rice, steak, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, peppers, and sauce.
Roll the burritos and spray with nonstick spray. Grill seam-side down until golden, then flip and cook until crispy.
