Instructions
Add chicken, salsa, Cilantro Lime Dressing, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika to slow cooker. Set on high and cook for 4 hours.
Shred chicken and cook for 10 more minutes. Prepare rice, corn, beans, and produce.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, corn, black beans, and avocados. Garnish with cilantro and lime, drizzle with dressing.
