Instructions
Whisk garlic, lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside for 5 minutes.
Combine beans, cucumber, radishes, dill, and green onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes to enhance flavors. Leftovers keep up to 5 days.
