These delicious gluten-free vegan cookies are packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor, perfect for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup PlantFusion Chocolate Complete Protein ("NATURALVEGAN" for 25% off)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients including peanut butter, vanilla, water, and coconut oil.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures until well blended.
  • Form dough into 12 cookies and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes until edges are golden.
