Instructions
Debone the chicken thighs and pat dry.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix honey, garlic, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Cook chicken skin-side down in oil until golden, then flip and cook through. Add sauce and simmer until thickened.
Flip chicken briefly to absorb sauce, garnish with green onions, then slice and serve.
Notes
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
