Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar, then add egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing and serving.
